It is a little difficult to picture what the actual SIZE is, but the round cover looks like it could be a '47-'49 Commander Fog Light dummy (hole cover), OR even if larger, a '46 Champion.

The other part resembles a back of the front seat Ash Tray holder (Housing) '53 to '55 Sedan.
