I have a 1929 Chris Craft 24' Runabout. According to the build records (hull card) this one boat was equiped with a Studebaker engine. No other information is given or known. Studebaker engines were not common in Chris Craft boats at all. Most boats of this size and age had Chrysler Marine engines.
Does anyone know anything about what engine might have been marine converted? Or anything related would help on this historical research quest.
