No it will not. '59 - '60 Lark windshields, plus '60 -'64 Champ pick up windshields will interchange with each other. The '61 - '62 Lark windshields interchange with each other.

Thanks for the info. I'm guessing that the 61's changed their fresh air intake to cowl and so that's the reason? Guess I'll have to sell the 60's windshield or maybe someone out there has a 61-62 they'll sell me or maybe swap for the 59-60 I've got. Again, thanks.

That is not entirely the reason. The '59-'60 Windshield has curved corners, the '61-'62 does NOT, also the '61 & '62 come all the way down to the Cowl like their rear glass, so height and angle is different.
