    The only way to find out is to offer them for auction. They are very rare, but even more so are the vehicles they apply to. Unfortunately, that is not reflected in their value; reduces it in fact!
    Surprisingly, they may find a larger market in the Alumnae Association of Notre Dame than in the Rockne Motors collector market.
    Entirely possible you could estimate a value and do a tax deductible contribution to a qualified museum that would benefit you more.
    I could be very wrong but, Rockne owners are always very disappointed in their value.

      What are they, how big are they, what was their original function?

        These are the frosted license plate lenses that were mounted in the NACO tail light housings of the '32 and '33 Rocknes.

          I might point out that the Rockne is for the '32 and the Studebaker Rockne for '33 (if someone is really picky about authenticity).
