    They look like 1947-49 model knobs. S.I. Has them in their catalog.

      You are correct, Chris, thanks! I guess I didn't bother to look. To bad they are $22 each!!!!

        That might be a cheap price, considering the cost of a continued search for a cheaper knob.

        If you prefer thrift over originality, I could MacGuyver a pair of them from toothpaste caps, JB Weld, a steel center retaining clip, a ball point pen center section, and some Krylon silver plastic dye paint and clear.

        Then again, if you had to buy paint, clip, and JB Weld; you might find it would have been cheaper to buy the original part. LOL
