The exterior paint scheme is not a Studebaker standard color. It could have been painted yellow by the cemetery or by the present owner for his business purposes.
The only inaccuracy in the article is the statement, "The original 245-cu.in. Commander straight six...". The 226-cu.in. Commander was the only standard engine in an M16.
