  • Does Anyone Know This 56 President

I am interested in this car, I was just wondering if anyone out there has looked at it. It's hard to buy a car that is 1000 miles away!

    Thanks in advance

I don't know the car and have never seen it.
I have purchased many cars at 1000 miles, or more distance. There is some gamble to any old car, seen or unseen.
It looks like a lot of car for the price even with the modifications.
I assume that you know that it is a Vice President and not a President Classic.
Even though I believe that the seats have been recovered, I would want a picture or the driver's seat. I never like it when people put pictures of the rear seat, that is hardly ever used, in their ads and not a picture of the driver's seat.

I did two tours in the Jacksonville area while I was in the NAVY.
I even managed to become the VP of the local SDC Chapter for a few years.
But I never saw this car during either of my tours there.

The only '56 Studebaker sedan in the area I can think of was a President Classic.
