I recently purchased a set of magnum 500 wheels for my Avanti which I am restoring. I was completely surprised after spending almost a thousand dollars for the rims to find that they did not come with any center caps. I have been told that the Mopar bullseye caps work well with the Avanti decal applied to the caps. Does anyone have a set of these caps for sale? They appear to be really expensive so I think a used set would be fine with a little polish. At this point the car has cost me more than I paid for my first house! Ouch!

If You want to go with new....try 'Nostalgic Motors' in Wixom, Pa. (The 'Avanti Lady' on ebay)

Summit Racing has them as well. Yes...the "Avanti" decal disc does fit just fine.

I bought an extra set for my Avanti with magnum wheels years back from Steven Allen Studebaker parts. He had several sets at the time of the original Avanti ones. Studebakers West bought his parts so they may have some left.

Nostalgic Motors will know what will be the closest fit if he does not have the originals. I just got some from Dan for my 84 Avanti, not original but close.

1969/79 misc Ford/Merc Passenger Cars also came with Magnum 500's. Available from NPD and all the other Ford repro parts suppliers.

Some FoMoCo Magnum 500's have the same bolt pattern as Studebaker/Avanti. But some did not, are 5 lug w/a 5.00" bolt circle.
