For postwar vehicles, I would also say the Zip Van. From memory, a Zip Van is 144 inches long and a '59-'60 Lark is 175 inches long.
Also in trucks, a Mobile Home Transporter may be right up there (down there) for shortest length. They were 96 inches BBC. I doubt that there was more than 48 inches additional behind the cab.Gary L.
