What emblem badges are needed to mark a 64 Commander R-2 Super Lark? Location and pictures would help. Any interior badging required? Thanks.

Two ovals on each fender and the round thing in the grill - all that is needed. Nothing else indicated what those cars were except the tail lights disappearing...

Only things on the inside were 160 mph speedo and tachometer.

A Redline from 5 to 6000 RPM was used on "R" Series Cars.

Chrome valve covers, oil dip stick and a chrome style air cleaner under the hood.

You forgot on the interior, Bucket Seats, Center Console plus a 4-speed shift or Powershift.

Exterior would be the Frt Disc brakes, sway bars front and rear, TT and traction bars for the full package.

And carpeting on a Challenger or a Commander.

Thanks everyone. Looks like the oval badge is the correct one. Will see if S.I. has them.

Is there a service bulletin template to drill the fender holes? Need a template for the holes or an indexed height x width locator template. My NOS fenders don't have emblem holes and prefer not to position the emblem by eye alone. Do Super Lark fenders have their own part number?

Fenders do not come drilled. I had my painter measure everything out before he painted my new fenders. There are correct measurements otherwise the emblems look to high or to low. Are you trying to build a clone R2 Lark or are you restoring an original one? There is a registry for these cars. Just thought I would inquire. Thanks

Please note the instructions posted in this link are for a '63. I don't know if the holes for a '64 are in the same spot or not.

Not the same Fender as a '63 or the same location. It seems to me that a lot of '64's have the front end of the Emblem too high (not level) like Nelson Bove's R3, it makes me wonder if the holes for the "8" Parallelogram are not right for the R Series badges.
