  • A '2R' Type....with 'Punch'!

How about this 1951 '2R' type Stude truck with a later (1959?) Stude V8 engine custom installed...They don't come much prettier than this! Proudly displayed by its owner at the SDC Ocean Bay Chapter 'Octoberfest'!

Beautiful truck! That 3/4 ton will cruise down the highway nicely. The owner should be commended for sticking with Stude power.

Too bad that it is a 2R Type and not an "'R' Type" as advertised <G,G>. It could also be a 2R Type with an R engine. I see that it appears to be owned by an engine company.

Interesting idea, but the Stude V8 is really the perfect choice here. (In My opinion)

I think we have a very prominent poster here, who is building exactly that!

Speaking of Stude trucks, I always liked this tailgate treatment!
