    Hi
    The rustoleum high performance wheel coating is good or not? is uv protection? I need put the wheel clear or not?

    It depends, if you want your wheels to look factory correct or not, is not likely that Rustoleum would have the correct Studebaker Wheel Color.

    Regular Automotive Enamel works the best in single stage or base clear, but even spray cans work well over primer or chem-etch primer.

    I have never needed to use Rustoleum on wheels.

    All 1962 to 1964 Models were Almond Color, (Beige), 1961 = Silver, 1959-60 Body Color, 1958 Off-White, 1953-1957 Mostly Body Color except some Black Cars had Deep Red Wheels.
