          it's mine and paid for!

          really must be karma. out of the blue, i just happened to check on it for the 1st time in quite awhile. only about a minute left in the auction and placed a little higher bid. thought i'd get sniped...

          sorry if anyone here was the other bidder.

            Congratulations on your winning bid. I had been watching this item but didn't bid. A nice complementary piece of Stude-a-bilia for your business coupe. Now you can take it to car shows with you and display it next to the '51. You ought to have plenty of room in that trunk to haul it. It might also come in handy in the unlikely event you ever have a roadside breakdown. Forget the spare tire. Everyone should carry a spare car in the trunk.
