  • Cool/Heat: Radiator Neck

Should the radiator neck on a 57 Silver Hawk be curved toward the driver's side (similar to http://www.ebay.com/itm/1957-1958-19...250#vi-content )? Or should it be straight back? I'm replacing a lot of gaskets and hoses and I'm not having much luck with the top hose. Here is how it looked before removal. Click image for larger version

Mine is the same as yours. That's a different looking hose. SI has the replacement hoses. What is that thing in front of the battery?

The "thing in front of the battery" is the hydroboost, a power brake booster.
