  • Daytona dash pad

While in Branson at the Orphan Car Show I saw a 62 Daytona like mine with a beautiful dash pad that looked new. Unfortunately the owner never was around when I was there. Does anyone out there have 62 dash pads available? I know Standard Surplus had them years ago, but do they still or does anyone reproduce them?[?]

I'm pretty sure they're available from the major vendors.

Thanks, I actually came back to delete this post because after sifting through the archives I found a mention of Studebaker International having the pads. Anybody else have a recommendation? I am considering all options.[8D]

                OK, here's your '62 Dash.

And they are reproducing the '63 dash as well.

Now that we have determined that these pieces exist, does anyone have any tips on their installation? Does the dash have to be removed to do it properly? What about the windshield? I want to do this right.
