    I see parts of a Studebaker on it, and it is a bus.
    But I also see some Buick parts, some other parts...

        I agree, that appears to be a one off job made from various thrown together parts. Very odd. Kinda neat though.

            This is a guess, but I think this is a heavily modified Magirus Deutz (German) bus. It looks like it may possibly have been in use in Turkey. Magirus is part of Iveco today and Deutz is still a well known maker of air cooled diesel engines. This bus may have been powered by an air cooled V8 diesel.

                That is a rented bus. The word aluguer above the windshield is Portugese for vehicle rental, so I was a little too far east when I said Turkey.
