Fuel System: Air filter element for 49 Champion

I need a filter element for my 49 Champion. The Air Cleaner is the original dry-type (partno 519861) and the filter element is partno 530686. The old element is "rough" with a lot of missing "threads", othervise I would have cleaned it.
I'm not able to track this partno. on any of the Studebaker vendors. Does somebody know a make / part.no for a newer element that would fit the original cleaner ?
