  • I've been meaning to post this for a while now... And old car heart to heart.

I love that with old cars there is an unspoken friendship between owners.
When I would park my Stude for work I would always come out to see this 56 Land Rover parked next to me.
There has been a couple of times I've been to the store, classes, or wherever and there is an old car that parks next to me, or honks and waves. Or I will do that to them.

When we get the chance we discuss old cars, and how new ones are pretty lame. (To put politely)
And I love hearing the stories of folks and their old cars and how they got them.
I especially love hearing about the Studebaker they or a relative owned.

Working and playing with old cars isn't just a hobby. It's a passion, a love and a history.

It appears you are surrounded by Rovers!

Good point though--it is like being part of a family.
