As one of the members of SDC's Bylaws Committee, I am proud to take this opportunity to thank Mimi Halgren for the stellar effort she has put forth to ensure that we all stayed focussed on our work. Her experience, patience and leadership should certainly be appreciated by the thousands of SDC members. Now we can all get back to enjoying our cars and Turning Wheels, satisfied in the knowledge we have a document that is legal and understandable. I also would like to thank the other members of this Committee whose experience and foresight were key to getting this job done.

Thank you Mimi for your and all the other committee members efforts to get these bylaws into effect. The time and effort put into this had to be exorbitant, and we all owe you and the committee thanks that can never pay the debt. Now I will look up the results and see where we are headed as a club. Again, thank you all, Bill Van Alstyne.

Thank you for your kind words. Couldn't have done it without some terrific assistance from the committee. Next we are working on the Policy and Procedures Manual. I'll keep you posted on our progress.
