Wishing my week away I guess!
Since I showed Gordy's retro gasser earlier this week I thought I would show what the first car has become.

Correct and runs in the 11's. This is the car Gordy was driving when I first met him at Indy Goodguys several years ago.

I have known Gordy since the early seventies, and painted my 57 Golden Hawk in his garage on Main street in Rockford Ill. I have a photo of Gordys car and my Hawk together (somewhere) Back when hie drove his car daily! I'm pretty sure that Annette still drives a 61 Hawk Gordy that Gordys father purchased new. and Annette are great people.

          That she does, Jim.

It was at The Meltdown Drags last Saturday. Rich posted a photo of it earlier in the week in his Eye Candy de jour posts. It's also within the 2013 Meltdown Drags "Report" topic. BP

We've got to quit saying, "How stupid can you be?" Too many people are taking it as a challenge.
