Were these similar to the Marshall R1 Speedometers? I know a guy with one, but I'm not sure whether he's going to part the car out or restore it yet.

I believe the Marshall (police ) speedometers had 'certified' printed across the dial face.

I have two used ones...one with 62,000 on it and one with 48,000. Problem is that they do not match the nos tach and nos cluster I have. Re-faceing shop is telling me to make a match, they need to redo all three so that the background color matches. Because of the price to redo all three, i thought it would be cheaper to find one nos 1963 160 mph speedo

Stelford does have them but they are 64's. I need a 63. Just found out too that there is a used one for sale in Colorado Springs on a table.
