Does anyone know the owner of this truck?

A friend is trying to find out who owns this pickup.. Any help appreciated.

Looks like the picture was taken in South Bend, but not recently. That's the 1st Source Bank building and hotel building in the upper right corner. The cars appear to be in the Century Center parking lot. The parking deck across the street was torn down as part of the development for the College Football Hall of Fame about 18 years ago, so that puts this picture sometime before 1994.

I left South Bend to go to college in 1984, and I left for good in 1991. I wish my memory worked this well more often, especially when my wife asks me if I remembered....
