Max Corkins has that same one he's been trying to sell for years at Reedsville.

Luxor Cab Co. still operates in San Francisco.
I knew with an address that high (3245) would place it either South in the Mission District or West in the Richmond District, both locations far from Van Ness Ave. (Auto Row at the time) The latter proved true. The site is currently a Post Office.

This photo appears on Bob's Studebaker Resource Website. Scroll down to Paramount Motors.

        Additional reference posted there:
Newscopy: "Something new is added to the San Francisco taxicab scene. Luxor Cab Co. recently
purchased the first 1950 Aerodynamic Studebaker Champion in use by a local cab company.
        Driver-Owner Earl W. Patterson, 1939 31st-av, shakes hands with L. E. Von Schultheis,
president of Paramount Motors, 3245 Geary-blvd, who sold the auto."
