I wonder if any of these have survived.

I almost doubt it~even a NOS set, unless it was stored in a hermetically sealed container in a temperature-controlled facility all these years. Real rubber from that era would have long perished by now. I have seen many NOS rubber station wagon mats literally break when unpackaged and unrolled flat for the first time.

I hear a potential business opportunity for someone! I'm in the market for floor mats for our wagon and would enjoy Studebaker stock. I'd even like to see raised edges for dirt collection.

Man that upholstery is stylin' :!:

The fit of those Mats is amazing, they cover all of the Floor/Carpet wear area, more than the later model Accessory Mats did.

I've seen some of the early mats that are pretty much like the later ones, but I have never seen those full floor mats. They are pretty slick.

I'll take a set too. The ad is probably from 1950 as I'm sure they also fit 51 and 52.

I just noticed. The S logo on the rear mats is oriented ssssideways. I like 'em anyway, but I'd hope anyone who reproduces these, has the script logo in the same direction front and back.

I know, marketing said to put them in laterally for your passengers to know where they were sitting in, but that would have to change, imo.

What is that raised console-looking thing? A transmission hump for an Automatic Transmission in a '50 commander? If it were for that, wouldn't the car have the conjoined brake/clutch pedal?
