  • R1 exhaust manifolds.

Hey guys, I have a set of R1 exhaust Manifolds Original. What are they worth?? Thanks in Advance.

As far as I know, R1/R2 exhaust manifolds are same as on all Stude V8s in '63 & '64. The R3 manifolds are the sought-after ones, especially originals since there are reproduction R3 manifolds available.

If they are actually from an Avanti rather than a Jet Thrust Engine, the Right side will be different having no Alternator Bracket mount. They are still just standard flow wise, however.

      New (NOS) $30.00, used 10-$15.00

They are worth more to me. I guess I will keep. Also, if anyone have a pair of NOS R1 exhaust manifolds for $30.. , please let me know.

Studebaker International has NOS listed for all V8 55-64. Left is $60. Right is $90. I sold a set of used ones for $75 last week. Hope that helps......

As you have been told, they are not R1 specific manifolds, just Stude. V8, so they do go at swap meets at Zone Meets and International Meets for quite low prices, I did mean $30.00 EACH.

Hey Warren, have you ever heard of this guy:

This eBay Ad for Exhaust Manifolds says he is in Murietta, CA and his website says he is a division of "Unrestricted Auto Trends, restoration and collision repair center" located in Lake Elsinore, either way right up the Road from you, and he has STUDEBAKER Parts etc.!

nope, haven't heard of him before. His e-bay listing only shows the exhaust manifolds. Don't need any more of them right now!

That is all he has listed now, but the list of Links? on the left side of his Parts Store Webpage lists Studebaker Parts.
