I had my 1959 pickup on eBay last month. I thought that it sold, but I never count something sold until I have money in hand and wave goodbye to the tail lights.
After the auction closed, the "winning" bidder, ndn-guy, e-mailed me that he: "Can't possibly buy this truck..."
I now have my modified/restmod 1959 pickup relisted. It is item number: 190142020389. I will attempt to make a link. http://cm.ebay.com/cm/ck/1065-29296-...2020389&lk=URL
Please pass this information on to anyone that you think may be interested in this nice pickup that I will sell at a great loss. The pickup is a nice light blue, but the pictures were taken in a partially shaded area, as all of my yard is. Thanks for any help.
I notice a 1949, or newer, Studebaker pickup on eBay that is bid fairly high. I think it is because the seller calls it a 1948 and people bid because as a 1948 it would qualify for NSRA/street rod events/category.
Perhaps some of the losing bidders on John's or Dave's pickups would be interested in mine.
