  • Pickup Relisted

I had my 1959 pickup on eBay last month. I thought that it sold, but I never count something sold until I have money in hand and wave goodbye to the tail lights.

After the auction closed, the "winning" bidder, ndn-guy, e-mailed me that he: "Can't possibly buy this truck..."

I now have my modified/restmod 1959 pickup relisted. It is item number: 190142020389. I will attempt to make a link. http://cm.ebay.com/cm/ck/1065-29296-...2020389&lk=URL

Please pass this information on to anyone that you think may be interested in this nice pickup that I will sell at a great loss. The pickup is a nice light blue, but the pictures were taken in a partially shaded area, as all of my yard is. Thanks for any help.

I notice a 1949, or newer, Studebaker pickup on eBay that is bid fairly high. I think it is because the seller calls it a 1948 and people bid because as a 1948 it would qualify for NSRA/street rod events/category.

Perhaps some of the losing bidders on John's or Dave's pickups would be interested in mine.

I have added two pictures to my pickup eBay listing that better show the color and condition. Refer to initial post for link to eBay.

Nice truck, Gary. I like the details in the engine compartment. Well written ad. Good luck with the sale.

I'm still high bidder, and no recent action.

My new reserve is much less than it was last month.

It is supposed to set a new record high temperature here today. Wouldn't it be nice to have an air conditioned vehicle?

There is a link to my eBay listing in the initial post in this thread.

After a non-paying bidder and some other problems, I have about had it with eBay on this pickup. If anyone would like to make me an offer on my pickup, please contact me directly (click on studegary to the left for those that don't know my e-mail address). Thanks

OK, I'll take a chance on it. I might loose those fog and tail lights if possible, not nuts about either one.
