What I see is possibly 2 problems with the alignment of the door. First is what is seen by the "A" pillar sagging with age. This I believe is from a lack of support for the "A" pillar with the mount inboard of that location. Many have installed a fabricated mount between the frame & the unused cowl bracket to shim up the cowl which levels the door gap to the rear ("B" pillar) post.
The second appears to be a twist in the door. Studebaker used shims placed between the door shell & hinge at times to remedy this. If your truck doesnt have any now, perhaps you could check with members in your local club area or vendors. In your case one or more shims placed between the shell & the upper hinge strap would correct this condition. Let us know how you made out.59 Lark wagon, now V-8, H.D. auto!
