      Visit to Sal's

I stopped by Sal's north of Sacramento on my way to San Jose to see my son. I hadn't seen Sal for a couple of years and it was nice to catch up on all the Stude doings. Sal and John have a Starliner at Sal's place that I was checking out for Ralph in Norway.

Here's Sal next to his '53 Studebaker powered hot rod...

Sal was replacing the plugs in one of his Studebakers when I arrived ...

I also stopped at Bob Peterson's in Hayward. Bob will be at Reedsville this year. If anybody needs rust free sheet metal, frames, engines, etc...Bob is offering FREE shipping to Reedsville. Contact Bob at candbstudebakers@sbcglobal.net

That flat black '53 is nice. All it seems to need are the Moon discs.

That's a pretty impressive Chevy pickup tailgate! Are those stickers on there?

Except for the tilted "S" it looks identical to a Stude. pickup, really nice job! [^]

Good looking '53. I think it would look good with set of "Ds" by American.

Hello Sal, If you are missing some chrome pieces off your sky hawk, I may have those missing parts. Still have lots of chrome left over from Pateluma. Roy Camino, Ca
