Although it's not a paid position, I am the Studebaker Brand Manager. As I dig out published information on Studes, I upload it to the library side. All of it is free to the user. You can access the Wild About Cars portion without registering, but to get into the library you must register. Registration is just like it was when you signed on the this site.

I have just started getting things uploaded and there is a huge backlog of items just waiting for me to upload, but you can check out how it works. There is more material every day and every brand will have its own section with a racing section too. I could really use any manuals on CD's you might have. The library has worked out all the copyright legalities, so don't think we're pirating. Also, the library is a non profit. If you have a scanner and some good items that you can scan, just get as high a resolution as you can and send it in to me. I will format it and get it to the correct section. My emphasis is on Studebaker, but I'll pass anything else you might have to the right folks.
This is the current edition of "No Limits" webzine. If you register for a free subscription, you will get a new issue twice a month.

Finally, if you would like your car feature in a story, please let me know. Even the non Stude cars are welcome.

    Thanks Jim

It's got a lot going for it so I joined it. Hope the addition of material increases. A ton of great potential.

Neat site, but not much Studebaker info yet.
Howard - Los Angeles chapter SDC
'53 Commander Starliner (Finally running and driving, but still in process)
'56 Golden Hawk (3 speed/overdrive, Power steering - Running, but not yet driving)
'58 Packard Hawk. A partially restored car that was not completely assembled.

Bob, there is a pretty good team working on this. The task is a daunting one. Trying to digitize the entire written history of the automobile. We have the technology, we have the infrastructure, we have the storage. It's a matter of chip chip chipping away at it. It's come a long way already. The webzine has been a great addition as it drives people to the site and new material becomes available every day.
