By pictures they would appear to perhaps not quite be the same between sedan and C/K. Is that a fair assumption?

By grill ends I think you mean "parking lights".
I have a sedan and it is the parking light casting that is different, the grill (fish mouth) is the same as the C K.

To: 2moredoors,---That's it..the parking light/grille ends are different between the sedan/wagon and the coupe/hardtop body styles. (By the way, I have a really nice left side grille end...sedan type....
if anyone needs it).
