I noticed this list today entitled "10 classic convertibles for under $10,000". The Studebaker Lark made the list at #9 with the following comments ...

1960-62 Studebaker Lark Regal (http://www.hagerty.com/valuationtools/HVT/VehicleSearch/Report?vc=1340908): Studebaker is a classic American orphan make that fewer and fewer people remember. The South Bend, Ind.-based company built interesting cars that are finally starting to get pricey. Six-cylinder Lark convertibles are ridiculously cute and still can be found for less than 10 grand.

Of course I think the less than $10,000 figure is too low for anything above an unrestored driver or old restoration showing wear.

I'm thinking of a Lark convertible as a project when I retire in 5 yrs.
