Guys and gals I need help, again.

Can someone tell me if the radiator in the pic is positioned correct?

The 3 holes are not lining up like they should, I can get the top nut and bolt in but the lower 2 on each side
are physically unreachable.17545

What year and type of vehicle?

Often there are sheet metal "tinnerman" nuts on the radiator, so you only have to get at the screw with a socket wrench.

Also, with any type of sheet metal or flimsy metal, never tighten any of the screws until all of them are started.

Nuts should not be required - the radiator support frame is tapped. Although more than once I have had to use a nut if the thread was partially stripped, but fortunately on the top location only.
