When I bought the engine for my 52 It came with a VA title, owner paid $1518.oo Of course that was in November

Doesn't sound like much until you look at what a dollar would buy and how long it took to earn that much money. A few years earlier my dad built a very nice 2 bedroom house for $5,000.
