170 and 3 spd. needs a new home

I'll be removing the flat head 6 and the 3 spd./overdrive from my 54 wagon here sometime soon.

The engine's about a year since a rebuild. Runs well, but needs the valves to be adjusted. Seems to run a little rich.
The trans. shifts well, no funny sounds, over drive works, clutch feels fine.
That's everything I know about them. I have recipts on the engine rebuild.

$200 for everything, air cleaner to oil pan / fan to tail shaft.

Heartening to see some interest in this stuff. Not usually the case as we all know. Of course, one could spend more than $200 just getting everything cleaned for assembly, so this looks like a great deal. If I had a nice bullet-nose to put this in, I'd already have jumped on it.
