That's funny! However, real confirmation of the "good trip" will be arriving in your own driveway...under your own power!

And in Wendover, where else would a Studebaker family eat dinner?

Speed week is just starting, got to chat with quite a few racers in the Cafe. They all love Studebakers!

I am having fun, it's quite an adventure. Mileage will be approaching 5,000 by the time I get home.

Actually, Pat, Somewhere WEST of Laramie is the area referenced by Ned Jordan in what is arguably the most famous, best-written automobile advertisement of all time, promoting his Jordan Playboy:

Step into the Playboy when the hour grows dull with things gone dead and stale. Then start for the land of real living with the spirit of the lass who rides, lean and rangy, into the red horizon of a Wyoming twilight.

Gee, I wish we could read such imginative writing today.

'Glad you're having a good trip home. Be safe. BP
We've got to quit saying, "How stupid can you be?" Too many people are taking it as a challenge.

              G. K. Chesterton: This triangle of truisms, of father, mother, and child, cannot be destroyed; it can only destroy those civilizations which disregard it.

Pat, On your way home have you been able to follow all the drips you left on the way to SB or did you use GPS?
