  • Pulley spacer, parts expert needed

Part # 534594 shown in the SI catalog is a spacer for the crank pulleys. Does anyone know if this is the thick spacer used when adding Power steering or A/C? Also, does anyone have a picture handy of the pulley set up with power steering and A/C??? The parts catalog is not a lot of help.

    Thanks

The 594 spacer is 3 7/16" in diam. and 9/16" or .05625" thick. It is made of aluminum and to get it to work right you will need some steel spacers. The ones I have on mine are .118" and .185" stacked for a total of .8655" thick. You will probably have to adjust for belt alignment. I hate it when you throw belts.

SI has them for $25.00 each I think.

Thanks Guys. I knew SI had some, I just wanted to make sure i was ordering the right thing. So, I am guessing that I need three belts on the car, one for the fan and alternator, one for the power steering and one of the A/C?
