Dual Master Cylinder modification kits for under the floor mounting are availabe from Jim Turner at Turner Brake, a Turning Wheels Mag. Monthly advertiser, if you have not yet joined you are missing out on all of the "Good Stuff"!

It would be a major mod. to re-inforce the firewall for a firewall mount and change pedals. The Avanti you are looking at and '61 to '66 larks and Lark Types were built for this change, but not any Hawks.

Also that is a bendix Master Vac dual chamber power booster that was originally used with a SINGLE master Cyl. on Disk Brake equipped Larks and Avantis. Your Power Brake unit is a Bendix Hydo-Vac for DRUM Brakes which is in line AFTER the master Cyl. not Before and entirely different.

The Avanti you saw if it was a Studebaker, had a Dual Master Mod. done to it.

Thanks, Will check into converting to duel with the kit information you sent me. I will also go through some of my Turning Wheels Mags. and see what I find.
