Removing Q-Panel on 63-J body

I've gotten all the bolts off including the three down by the rocker. My shop manual only details older models for removal and it looks like I have to pull the rocker away to clear the threads of the bolts at the bottom. The rocker is welded to the body and it looks as though I sacrifice the rocker to get the quarter panel off.

Could an experienced pro please clue me in? Thanks!

Got a windshield for a '63? Mine cracked top to bottom today, at a chipped spot, while I was gently trying to take it out. Waaaah!
