  • If TLC were making a Series called "Car Hoarders"... Would they be talking with YOU?

I'd watch that show. Ya think you'd make the premier episode?

Well, If the folks we're speaking of have saved our favorite cars from being scrapped, maybe the show should be called 'Car Heroes'

For the antique iron, I would also prefer "Car Heroes", but since it's "Car Hoarders", here's what out in the yard today:
2 Chevy Cavaliers (one driven daily)
      1 Dodge Neon (driven daily)
      1 Chevy box truck
2 Ford Crown Vics (one good one for sale, the other a parts car)
      1 Ford dump truck
      1 Chevy plow truck
      1 Chevy Lumina (driven daily)
1 Pontiac Bonneville (mid '90s, parts car)
      1 Dodge Dakota (needs work)
      1 Dodge Intrepid
1 Ford pickup running gear (used as an engine test stand)
      1 Chevy work van
      1 Blue Bird bus
      1 1939 International
      1 Jeep (my daily driver)
1 1967 Ford Fairlane GT (parts car)
1 1967 Ford Fairlane XL (under restoration)
      1 1940 Stude
      1 1953 Stude prototype

I won't count the '63 as it's not really a "car" to speak of.

This makes a total of 21 vehicles.

There are also a few motorcycles, tractors, and lawn tractors.

Been called that and many other names, I just saved things i liked and were kinda different. A few Studebakers a Crosley Pickup, and some Henry Js. But they were all available to the public when i bought them.

What is the minimum amount of cars that a 'hoard' consists of?

Would we have to list all cars, or just the ones the wife knows about?

If forums had a "like" button...

I only have two, but I'm renting more square footage of garage space than I have of personal living space. My wife is still buying the "it's cheaper than therapy" line for now, but we'll see when next week I tell her I want to buy an engine hoist...
