On my Commander there is a 3 "Empty" Gauge. Is this where a clock would have gone?

When new a '65 Commander would have had a nice Clock dummy with the same chromed sheet metal bezel and glass as the Speedo and Instruments and a nice Silver Green background that says: "Studebaker of Canada" some early ones used the USA faceplate that says "Studebaker Corporation" and they even have Instrument Light holes to be lighted.

On '63 and '64's a Tach. could be ordered and placed there and could be on a '65-'66 also, or of course a Borg USA Clock.

That certainly looks like it Bob, as long as it will fit in the dash it will do. The Australian one is nice but an "original" American one will be great. I have a friend with the same car so if I can get 2 it would be even better.

from about 56 or 57 to 62 the clocks were all the same size, only the faces were changed . This is a 62 clock but its in my 60 Champ , I'd gladly swap it for a same condition 60 clock , working.

                            Reply sent thanks Jim.

If Jackb wishes to send me a pm and suggested price I'd be interested as a friend needs on for his Lark too.
