Had a real good time at the Parade Gus was such a big hit. So many thank yous for bringing him. They read his intro the guy couldn't read I guess he didn't know what a Mater was. Thats ok the crowd sure did all you heard was Mater Mater. Met quite a few new people that have Studes in the area gave away a half dozen Turning Wheels Magazines maybe we added to the ranks today. Lots of good stories told.
    This was my write up.

    Name: Gus Mater
    Make: Studebaker
    Model: 1958 Transtar
    Owners: Anne & David
    Goodman
    Information I was rescued from
    Petaluma ,Ca September 18th, 2006. I was
left out all by myself in a field.
Anne & David took me home. They took
care of me got me back on the road. Then
my personality could shine through. They
named me Gus and the last name Mater was
a natural. My cousin Tow Mater is famous
he was in the movie Cars.
