  • Transmission crossmember needed

    Any one have a good tranny crossmember for a McKinnon powered Stude? It looks like I will need one shortly.

    If need be: one can be fabbed up pretty easily since you already have the frame rails with their ledges that can serve as mounting points for a mockup. I made up one for my 1962 Lark using 2" angle iron welded into an 'U' shape tubing when I dropped in the 350/TH350. I may wind up pulling it down and reinforcing it but, the crossmember will suffice for now.
