    Wonder where they came up with that price !
    Since a resortation on that car wouldn't be like doing a concours car , $40,000 seems a little high IMHO

        Gotta reproduce that paint job. Not the one seen in the youtube clip, but the psychedelic paint job Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem gave it at the church.

          I think the psychedelic paint job is what's currently on the car that the museum has for restoration. I used to refer to my previous rusty 51 Starlight coupe as the Muppetmobile. As you can see by my tagline below, I'm a fan of this movie.
