A '59 Cab has the wrong back window and the wrong dashboard to look like a '55 Truck after installing a '55 front clip.

IIRC, the '55 was the first year for the large rear window and they were all the same '55-64. But yes, the dashboard of a '59 would be different than that of a '55.
