  • Engine: Another Problem

    The bolts that hold the pulley on the crank turn and turn with no avail. Is this a sign it is not worth keeping? I'm saving the block since its complete and full flow.

    You need to use 2 wrench's and the back side one might need to be thin.

          loc tite

          You'r part way there.When reinstalling the bolts into the hub lock tite them first and make sure the head is against the flat machined into the back of the hub.

              A big 1 1/2 " socket. and possibly an impact wrench. Make sure that it isn't all buggered up and the socket fits snugly. You will have to unfold the ears on the metal tab locking it in place (french lock).
