  • Superlark air filter pics needed

I need pics of the air cleaner and the lid that goes on the back. I have a little chrome lid for an Avanti air cleaner but it doesn't fit. Larks must be bigger diameter and a little deeper hole set.

Here is a link to a previous question about mounting a Lark R2 air cleaner (although it is not a Super Lark). The photos do not show the lid but it is chrome and covers the entire opening with a mounting screw in the center. The rubber insulator is attached to the lid.

So are the Avanti lids and lark lids the same size?

No, they are not the same diameter. The Avanti lid is about the diameter of the air filter. The Lark is the larger diameter of the canister.

K didn't know if that was the case or if the gasket filled the void.
