1962 NY Auto Show Question

Old age is slowly catching up with me and most of my research material is in storage at the moment. Long Story.
Quick question how many Avanti were exhibited at the New York Auto Show April 26, 1962 and what was their color(s)?

John to my knowledge there was only one which was still in development and it was white. All of the pictures I have seen only show that one car.

There were two, one white and the other gold. They were initially shipped to New York on April 17 for the Security Analysts Preview held on April 21 then to a Press Preview on April 23, thence to the Auto Show for unveiling on April 26. They were also used for a VIP Rally May 2-17 before returning to South Bend the third week of May. A third Avanti finished in Turquoise was shipped to NY on 4-26 for display in Grand Central Station, it was not used at the Auto Show.
