Our 1963 Wagonaire came with a cobbled in two piece drive shaft. Did they originally come with a one or two piece? It's a 289 3 speed.

You have gotten my curiosity up now. How about some pictures. I am wondering why someone would have done this. Also, wondering if the rest of the chassis is ok or even original? There must be a story here.
