55 speedster- rear hubs and drums

does anyone out there know where I can buy a couple of rear brake drums and hubs new if possible.
If they are not available how far can one turn the drums to get rid of rust pits.

Normally drums can be turned .060 (1/16) oversize.

After you get down to .060", a few rust pits remaining won't hurt a thing as long as most of the surface is clean.
