The pick-up in the photo (mirror) would need to be raised very high to ford the depth of that alleged water road. The light reflection on its side appears to be from headlights behind - - - another HIGH above the wheels vehicle? As Bubba Bear states; it could be a fake. If someone saw a news report with this story and a this or similar picture - - - THEN I suppose we could believe it.
